Guest Participation Agreement, Media Release & Waiver

Thank you for being a guest on The Woo Woo Connection, a podcast dedicated to connecting people and expanding consciousness through inspiring conversations with spiritual teachers, wellness professionals, healers, authors, practitioners, and individuals sharing meaningful life experiences.

This agreement confirms your understanding and permission regarding your participation, recorded content, images, promotional materials, and public distribution of your interview.

1. Podcast Participation Consent

I understand that my participation in The Woo Woo Connection may include audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, interviews, discussions, and other digital content.

I voluntarily agree to participate and grant permission for my interview to be recorded, edited, published, distributed, and shared by The Woo Woo Connection and its host, Doreen Conaway.

2. Media Release Agreement

I hereby grant The Woo Woo Connection permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share my recorded interview and related materials.

This permission includes:

• Audio recordings
• Video recordings
• Written transcripts or excerpts
• Quotes from my interview
• Promotional clips
• Social media content
• Website content
• Podcast platforms
• YouTube and other video platforms

I understand that my content may be edited for length, clarity, technical quality, or promotional purposes.

3. Photography & Image Release

I grant permission for The Woo Woo Connection to use photographs, screenshots, video stills, headshots, and images of me obtained before, during, or after my interview.

These images may be used for:

• Podcast artwork
• Social media promotion
• Website features
• Marketing materials
• Event promotion
• Educational or informational purposes related to The Woo Woo Connection

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images unless separately agreed upon in writing.

4. Advertising & Promotional Agreement

I understand that my episode may be promoted through advertising, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, social media promotions, newsletters, websites, and other promotional channels.

I authorize The Woo Woo Connection to use my name, professional information, biography, image, voice, website, and social media links to promote my appearance and the podcast.

I understand that promotional materials may include:

• Episode announcements
• Podcast trailers
• Social media posts
• Video clips
• Advertisements
• Featured guest promotions

Any paid advertising or sponsorship involving my specific service, products, or business will require additional approval or agreement.

5. Guest Content & Responsibility

I understand that the opinions, experiences, stories, beliefs, and information I share during my interview represent my personal views and experiences.

I acknowledge that:

• I am responsible for the accuracy of information I provide.
• I will not knowingly share copyrighted, confidential, or unauthorized materials.
• I have permission to share any resources, images, or information provided to The Woo Woo Connection.
• My statements do not represent medical, legal, financial, or professional advice unless I clearly identify my professional credentials and scope of practice.

6. Liability Waiver & Release

I voluntarily participate in The Woo Woo Connection podcast and understand that my interview may be publicly available.

I release and hold harmless The Woo Woo Connection, Doreen Conaway, and any associated representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from:

• The recording, editing, publishing, or distribution of my interview
• The use of approved photographs or media
• Public comments, reactions, or responses to published content
• The sharing of my interview across digital platforms

I understand that once content is publicly released, it may be viewed, shared, or referenced by others.

7. Podcast Conversation Guidelines

The mission of The Woo Woo Connection is to create a welcoming, respectful, uplifting, and consciousness-expanding space.

Guests agree to participate in conversations that support:

• Personal growth
• Spiritual exploration
• Wellness
• Healing journeys
• Conscious living
• Inspiration and connection 

8. No Political Discussions Policy

To maintain a safe, inclusive, and spiritually focused environment, The Woo Woo Connection does not feature political debates, political campaigning, partisan discussions, or political persuasion.

Guests agree to avoid:

• Political Endorsements
• Political campaigning
• Partisan arguments
• Attacks against political groups or individuals
• Discussions intended to persuade listeners toward a political viewpoint

If political topics naturally arise, the host reserves the right to redirect the conversation back toward the podcast’s mission of connection, consciousness, healing, spirituality, and personal growth.
